Australian Sales:
All orders placed within Australia are charged a flat rate of $12.00 for shipping. We use Express Post to ensure that we can track all items. All orders placed in Australia should be received within 7 business days, please contact us immediately if this is not the case. Other forms of transport are available if you prefer however, we do not take responsibility for items lost or missing sent by regular postal mail.
International Sales:
Our export service is currently available to Europe, United States, Canada, South Africa, Japan, Hong Kong, Sth Korea, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia & New Zealand. Please see below for postage & handling prices.
These prices are based on Australia Post REGISTERED AIR MAIL service however other forms of transport are available if you prefer. Should you require another form of transport please contact us on the email address below and we will submit fees & charges for your approval.
Certain countries may impose various import duties, taxes & charges however this will be at the customers’ expense. We take no responsibility for any additional charges which may occur as a result of Customs laws.
Deliveries will be made to the nominated person at the nominated address and will require a date & signature for proof of delivery.
